Hello all,
I hope you all had a wonderful week of ringing in the New Year 2016, and even found new ways to
express yourself! The healing theme for this week is Physical Body Healing. By now many of us have
experienced some kind of fatigue, headache, or other physical ailment this year and now it is time to
begin Healing your Physical Body by being active. Take this week to finally listen to the messages your
Physical Body has been intuitively sending you and actively start honoring them. This is the perfect week
to start or restart an exercise program, balancing your diet, drinking plenty of water, resting and
sleeping sufficiently, and lovingly talking to your body. I encourage you to try yoga, pilates, running,
jogging, walking, hiking, dancing, bike riding, boxing,…anything your intuition has been asking you to do
to help Heal your Physical Body of any ailments, stagnation, blockages, and in balances stored in your
muscles, bones, joints, organs, blood, and cells. We underestimate how much Healing we can bring to
ourselves just by being Physically active, try it this week and allow your Physical Body to surprise you by
the instant shifts you will feel, and by the Healing domino effect it will bring into your other bodies;
mental, emotional, spiritual, and energetic. Use the Physical Body Healing energy of this week to also
balance your diet and encourage yourself to eat well, according to your specific needs, and to drink
plenty of water to help your Physical Body stay hydrated. This is also a great time to implement a new
sleep regiment where you honor your Physical Body’s need for sleep and rest, because you will function
so much better, especially Physically, when you are rested and have had plenty of sleep. Lastly, this
week try to be loving with your Physical Body when making comments to or about yourself or looking in
the mirror. Remember we get what we give, so if you are telling a part of your Physical Body how
unhappy you are with it or how much you hate it, it will give that right back to you, even if you are the
only one that sees or feels it, so be aware and choose your words with Love.
Some ways to help your Physical Body Heal: Pilates, Yoga, Cardio, and turning on your favorite music
and just Dancing!! I hope you all have a wonderful Physical Body Healing week, and are able to Heal and
honor yourself and your Physical Body through your guidance and intuition!
