Hi fellow investors!

We are at it again in the Manila REI meetup. And once again it’s become a very valuable learning and networking experience. I’m chronicling what you’ve missed. Before I do that though, I would like to invite you to attend this coming week’s meetup.

So here comes the recap. By the way, this recap includes some two weeks of past Meetups. I missed updating on a few of those.

  1. Foreign investments could be a thing.

Better yields may start to become harder to come by in the Metro, but foreign investments could offer some hope regarding for your millions.

Some members of the group are brokering foreign locations that claim to offer attractive returns that you may want to take a look. You can get in touch with them once you attend the Meetup.

2. Co-working spaces.

It seems that co-working spaces may also become a trend in growing cities around the Philippines. This is a trend to watch out for, and perhaps with the right creative minds, to profit from as well.

3. Possibilities for commercial spaces in Ortigas and Quezon City.

It looks like the commercial lease space is heating up. With occupancy rates nearing 98% in most Central Business Districts (CBDs), alternative offices spaces may be the solution to absorb demand. Perhaps certain spaces can be registered and repurposed for this?

4. Leisure spaces for sale(?)

From the grapevine: apparently certain bars where people used to frequent in Makati are already experiencing declines in sales. If they fail to become creative, whole swathes of Makati real estate may be available for sale or lease. Though the big guys (such as Ayala) would probably take over these places for redevelopment as they are in growth areas, it could be useful to watch out for these opportunities and explore if there are profits to be made.

Conclusion

If you really want to take action and make a profitable real estate investment. This group is for you. Why not join us?

See you in the coming weeks!
