“Creed” the latest movie in the “Rocky” Franchise is absolutely amazing!
By far the best movie I have seen in 2015. Whether you love boxing or not, the values in the movies truly inspires and offers the motivation one needs to go through a rough patch.The movie focuses on the journey of “Adonis” (the main character) following his legendary father’s footstep to become a professional boxer. Along the way, he met “Rocky” (Sylvester Stallone) which eventually decides to train him and help him craft a name for himself. The movie is now released in Singapore. Go watch it!
These are the lessons the movie have shown me:
1) When the student is ready, the teacher will appear
2) Your value does not decrease based on somebody’s incapability to see your worth
3) Never take “NO” for an answer
4) A good mentor will help you go a long way
5) Always believe in yourself
6) Your toughest opponent is yourself
7) Build your own legacy
8) Behind every successful man is a great woman.
9) It is not about how hard you hit, it is about how hard you can get hard and keep moving forward.
10) Teamwork makes the dream work
