I think in Trucaller’s case points 1,2 and 3 from your learnings would have been interlinked — how to ignore a huge mkt like us and stay focussed in india. And we have managed to continue to focus on outbound vacations despite indian domestic vacations being so large+higher frequency.

I also have a question- regarding your point on outsiders having their frames of reference — how do you handle this when you are pitching your business? Or how do we get them to shake that glass off and look at our numbers without being biased.. any inputs will be extremely helpful..
