“You don’t compete with anyone, you find your opponent’s weakness and you attack.” -Tim Grover
Day 7 of the Relentless 13
You must do a lot of self-evaluation to understand your own strengths and weaknesses just as you would with your opponents.
In the season we watch film, in the summer as a player or a coach take some time to think about your recent struggles; how can you be better prepared next time they arise because there will be a next time there always is.
You want your strengths to be finely tuned skills that you can use against your opponent.
Make YOUR STRENGTHS your OPPONENT’S WEAKNESSES.
Take some time out today to mentally prepare for this week’s workouts.
What do you want to achieve this week? Where do you want to get better?
The “#NoDaysOff” mantra is one I believe in but you can’t get it twisted, you also need time to let your body heal and your mind grow.
