What Neluns has to offer?
The Neluns is about to start an ICO in the first days of August, 2018. The ICO will be held in 3 rounds: Pre-Sale, Pre-ICO and ICO. During the ICO The Neluns will release a new token named NLS token.
What is NLS token?
Our tokens were built in accordance with the ERC-20 standard. It is a security token which provides its holders with 50% dividends based on the Neluns ecosystem (Neluns Bank, Neluns Exchange, Neluns Insurance) profits.
Dividends will be distributed quarterly in accordance with the number of tokens one holds compared to the total.
- During the ICO, 200 000 000 NLS tokens will be released
- Base price of 1 NLS token = 1 USD
Moreover, NLS token holders will have an access to bonuses and privileges by using Neluns ecosystem products. The more tokens one holds, the greater are his privileges.

Our ICO will be undertaken in 3 rounds.
- The first round is Pre-Sale.
The start of Pre-Sale is appointed on August 1. The Soft Cap will amount $500.000 , and defined Hard Cap is $2.000.000. The Pre-Sale round will last for 14 days bringing 30% bonus to the tokenholders. There is also 40% extra-bonus for investments of more than 1ETH in one transaction and 50% for more than 10 ETH investments (also in one transaction).
- The second round is called Pre-ICO.
It starts on August 15. This round will last for 21 days. There’s a standard 20% bonus and an extra-bonus of 30% and 35% for investments of 1 ETH or 10 ETH in one transaction. The Hard Cap of this round is $10.000.000 and the Soft Cap is $2.000.000.
- And the third round is an ICO itself.
The Hard Cap of the ICO is $112.000.000 while the Soft Cap is $10.000.000. There’s a standard 10% bonus and an extra-bonus of 20% and 25% for investments of 1 ETH or 10 ETH in one transaction. It starts on Semtember 05 and will last for 31 days.
