Breakup Blues

Q : Recently I went through a rough breakup , do you have any advice for getting over it ?
A: First and foremost take your time. Time heals all , so there’s no need to rush the process. It’s okay to have emotions and cry when you need to maybe even scream. I suggest you find activities to keep you busy.Try working out and possibly yoga , it’s very relaxing. Stay around positive energy whether it be family or a close best friend. Find someone who will let you cry on their shoulder if you need to and even tell you a good joke to make you smile or laugh. You can try writing yourself a letter, something inspiration that you can read when you’re feeling down. Take this time apart to focus on yourself and your goals and dreams. Invest your extra time into something you feel passionate about or working pick up to extra hours to keep yourself occupied. Remember that you deserve someone who will love you unconditionally and if it’s meant to be it will be. You’re a queen and don’t let anyone tell you or make you feel otherwise. Wear your crown high and proud !
