There's no free wifi is the new there's no free lunch.
It's 2017. Internet is not exactly new and we already should know that someone's paying for the service you're using. And that someone most of times is the one who makes the deal, providing all your data, preferences, location and other personal relevant information to advertisers.
But… a public wifi provider in England has decided to go further on proving what everyone knows: no one gives a penny to terms and conditions. You can find the hole history here, where more than 22.000 people have agreed on cleaning toilets — and other eschatological obligations — in order to have connection.
Besides the social experiments, when all the efforts drives to mainly digital driven business, the lack of sense of formality gives an extra spice to the challenge.
