Export Change Set into Package using Workbench

Change Set in Salesforce are declarative tool to send customisations from one Salesforce org to another , But sometime you want to export the changes to an org not related to production or other sandbox (like developer or scratch org) .
How to Export ? use Workbench
- login
- Go to : migration →Retrieve
- In “Package Names:” put your Change Set Name (better use a name without spaces)
- Press next
Once you got the package (zip file) you can import it into any Org.
This steps can also be use to export package from developer orgs
