It’s an approach, not a process

This is something I’ve always struggled within design and I really enjoyed reading this. So thank you for writing! There is no process in design from Step A to Step Done. Each problem is unique and cannot be solved by a rigid process that one must check against a list. A designer has to be flexible and adapt their craft to use the right approach.
