And I’m telling Carlos E. Perez that unless we achieve one world government, it’s useless to talk about regulation of AI, even of such obvious risks as facial recognition, or the much more obvious risks that are top-secret right now because they are military in nature. Everybody rational sees the problem, but unless we actually get a planetary world government in the near future, Russia and China and other countries will not abide by it. This is where Elon Musk makes one of his few errors, but it’s hugely important, and critical to discuss now.
