Robinhood is good!
Wrote this first story because I was really disappointed. I got a response from their support. This is a story how the situation flipped.
It turns out, that when the bank did stop payment, clearing company (man-in-the-middle) charged 30$ because they were unable to deposit funds. Robinhood charges it from my account. Fair enough.
Robinhood as a courtesy, refunded me that fees. It will not happen again, I shouldn’t do it again. Understanding mechanics, I see that my two party model of bank withdrawal was incorrect . I’m so happy now! I know it’s a gray area — they had tech problem, but the charge is not controlled by Robinhood and they could ignore my problem. I’m happy that the company decided to help me. It’s hard to admit, but I was wrong about 10k limit (idiot☺) It is 50k — I remember one transaction failed due amount, for some reason I picture it as 10k.
So, Robinhood, stay awesome, your happy customer.
