Thanks for this. Very inspiring. I also started a healthy journey in my 40th year. I had a few false starts but finally, going into my 41st things started clicking. It was rough at first because i wasn’t seeing much progress. Then I realized I needed to kick up the intensity, which was scary. That’s when I could tell I did make progress. I hadn’t seen it but felt it. I could run farther end lift heavier. My endurance was way better. Then, one morning I looked in the mirror, “Oh hi there waist. Missed you!” I actually still have a little ways to go but my heathy kick is now instinct instead of a chore.
