MBTI is a personality typology system that stands for Myers Briggs Type Indicator. It is not only fun, but a good tool for understanding yourself, your needs, communication styles, thinking patterns and job preferences.

“Once we accept our limits, we go beyond them.” — Albert Einstein

There are 16 types.

They’re structured using 4 letters out of 8 possible ones:

  • “I” or “E” = Introverted or Extroverted (Is your energy drained in social situations or not?)
  • “N” or “S” = Intuitive or Sensing (Are you future oriented or do you focus on reality?)
  • “T” or “F” = Thinking or Feeling (Do you make decisions with your head or your heart?)
  • “P” or “J” = Perceiving or Judging (Are you flexible or structured?)

Which one are you?

Introverted, Sensing, Thinking, Judging

This personality type is quietly systematic, factual and logical, organized inside and out and hard working. They are crucial people in your business, that will bring responsibility and good quality work with them, being one of the most decisive types. ISTJs value tradition and play by the rules, are practical and concentrated on real life.

Predictability is more important than imagination for them, being able to thrive in familiar surroundings and relying a lot on past experiences. They always want to be useful and they use their confidence and persistence to get what they want and to finish projects.

Introverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Judging

INFJs like to balance out how much they use their head and how much they use their heart when making decisions. It’s the rarest personality type. They have the ability to read other people’s emotions, are sensitive and reserved, and it takes time for them to share their thoughts and feelings with others.

An INFJ is idealistic, always planning for the better future, and trying to be organized. Even if they often get discouraged by reality they try to remain positive about the world around them and can sometimes be seen as people-pleasers. A meaningful life is one of the most important goals for the INFJ.

They prefer to look at things from every perspective before making a decision, which often means they postpone them. The Visionary is a debater, loves challenging others, and often comes up with the most interesting jokes that no one thought of. They enjoy playing with ideas. They find preparation unnecessary because they are confident in their ability to respond to situations well.

People with this personality type like to observe the room and then find a way to respond to it so they can often appear charismatic. These are the people who will take on 10 new hobbies at once and then quit a few weeks later when they find something new, more interesting.
