The fastest way to install Kali Linux on VMware

This is my first post.
Yesterday was my second day of Bootcamp.
Henceforth I will write here until the Bootcamp is over.

Here will tell you about the fastest way to install Kali Linux on VMware.
I assume you have installed VMware Workstation / Player.
First, download the kali linux file at https://www.kali.org

Then select GET KALI and select Virtual Machines.

Then because we are using VMware then select the one on the left and download it.
After the download is complete, extract the file and place it in the folder of your choice.

Open VMware and select Open a Virtual Machine.

Find the extracted file (.vmx) according to the selected folder location and select Open.

It will open automatically as shown.
Remember under the description, please note the username and password to authenticate to Kali Linux and change the password if needed.
The first need is to Edit virtual machine settings.

Here we can change back the specifications of the VM needs according to what you want, if so press OK.

After editing, we can immediately press Power on this virtual machine.

If a hint appears like this just press OK.

Wait a few moments then the username and password textbox will appear.
Don’t forget to enter the username and password that was recorded earlier then select Login.

Tada! Voila!
Kali Linux is successfully installed, and you can start learning Kali Linux starting from the basics.

To exit the VM, press the top right corner of the logo, then select Shut Down.
