I have played two seasons, and so far just like in real life, I am anxious about saving all my money and resources, I barely know the social mechanisms exist, and I obsessively google before I start something new. I’ve been focused on earning money and collecting things for the community center.

Unlike real life I also have been fighting slimes, but I hate it, and have a couple of times outsourced the combat to my boyfriend. I only bother because I want to mine all the rocks.

I guess now that I am getting my farm under control with sprinklers and upgraded tools and such, I’ll focus more on the social aspect. I tried to get Maru to dance with me at the spring festival and she was like, “I barely know who you are.” Fine, I’ll reluctantly go to the bar for the sake of building relationships. Just like real life!
