Hey Raz, pretty accurate description of what’s facing many in the 40–65 age range. The keys to survival include maintaining one’s confidence, incredible perseverance and discipline during next phase decisioning and staying relevant, regardless of a decision to go solo or re-enter the corporate world.

I chose to continue my contribution to corporate in a senior role as that’s where I can add the most value commercially.
