This week Microsoft announced, in its Microsoft Build conference for 2023, a set of innovations that are going to transform their software products, almost without exception, into a new, disruptive renovated experience.

And at the center of all this disruption is none other than the ubiquitous ChatGPT, but rebranded as Copilot.

You’re going to see it literally everywhere.

Naturally, these set of announcements have met their fair share of excitement and ruthless criticism.

Some claim this is a generational change for human productivity, others that it’s just yet another solution looking for a problem to solve.

But whatever the truth really is, people on both sides of the aisle are missing the point.
