Leaders Aren’t Nice
Alla Zollers

I love your perspective and you name what many people feel and are afraid to say out loud. So many titled leaders shy away from true leadership by being nice and avoiding conflict (creating so-called elephants in the room and unneeded drama that gets in the way of people getting work done) and therefore end up being unkind to the people around them. I love how kindness is actually the most powerful thing you can do as a leader.
