Part of this huge debate I see it here in this conversation. When men act the way men have for decades plus to a man, this is “shut up, do your thing better or move on”. When men act the way they have for decades plus to a woman, now its “misogynistic, sexist, unfair”. This is a key part of the root of this discussion. We want think this is “only because she’s a woman” and in some cases, yes this is. Those cases need to be tackled and addressed.

In the rest of the situations we need to ask what do we need to do to have a better world as a whole.
