First off, we would like to thank everyone for their interest in the i-HODL Cloud Lockup Reward Program. We have collected some questions asked by our community and below are the answers.

1. Do we have to use a software/hardware wallet for the locked rewards? Can the tokens be locked on the exchange?

The exchange wallet cannot lock rewards. You must use your wallet’s personal key which is only stored in personal wallets. MyEtherWallet, Metamask, imToken are great examples of compatible wallets, but any ERC20 wallet in which you have access to your private keys is acceptable.

2. I still have other tokens in my wallet, will the locking process make it, so these tokens are locked?

No, other tokens will not be affected. If you are worried about your other tokens being locked up, then you can create another wallet for such tokens.

3. How do I export a Keystore file; what format do I use?

This requires a computer. After exporting the Keystore file, place it in a new text document on the computer, save it, and then upload the document onto the website and enter the wallet password.

Ways to get Keystore: Open your imToken wallet. A. Click on “Me” down in the lower right B. Go to “Wallet Manager” in the upper left corner C. Click “My Wallet”, enter the password and then export the Keystore. For any other wallets, please ask for assistance in the Telegram group and we’ll be happy to walk you through the process.

4. Many people feel that uploading the secret key is not secure, we would like to know if we can export/get the locked version’s secret key out before the end of the lockup reward plan?

We are sorry, but IHT only supports the use of Keystore files to conduct any functions related to the lockup reward plan. If you use a personal key, hard wallet or other means to conduct any transaction, use MyEtherWallet. Please read the tutorial via this link for more information.

5. We can retrieve at any time, so how long does it take to show up in the account?

This is a smart contract transfer and the specific time needed is dependent on the transfer speed of the Ethereum network.

6. Locked rewards can be retrieved at any time, so what is the point of them?

Legal risks, if you cannot retrieve at any time, just like the community suggests, and directly send the tokens over to the official address, it will result in a “illegal capital collection pool.” So, to meet compliance prerequisites, retrieval at any time is the only suitable method.

7. Can we lock the cloud lockup rewards in different batches?

One ETH wallet address can only be locked at a time, but you can create another wallet address to lockup rewards in different batches. The same account cannot participate in the lockup reward event if you redeem any time before the event ends. If you redeem your IHT and then want to lockup once more, we suggest you transfer to a new wallet address and then lockup the IHT.

8. If IHT comes down (in value) during the locked period, is it still worth it?

We have set up a mechanism where you can retrieve IHT at any time for this reason. Because the market fluctuates, everyone can adjust his or her own investment strategies at any time according to what is happening with the market.

9. Many community members have told us that the starting investment for the lockup rewards is a slightly high; some would like to inquire if that threshold can be lowered, for example to 10,000 or 5,000?

The lockup reward encourages everyone to hold onto a certain amount of IHT for a long-term period, which is a value/valuable investment. We have set up a threshold that meets this prerequisite, this is written through smart contracts and cannot be revised. We have received feedback from the community, and during the next lockup reward event (if there is one), we will consider adjusting the threshold.

We understand that everyone has doubts and opinions regarding the i-HODL Cloud Lockup Reward Program, but no program is a one size fits all, where all participants are satisfied. This program may not be the best, but it is the most compliant. As i-House.com is positioned as a global company, we have been able to receive very important compliance documents for the U.S. market. Also, we continue to actively push for real estate cooperation in Southeast Asia and if we want to advance in the global market, we must adhere to all applicable laws from local and federal governments/agencies. To avoid legal pitfalls, we don’t allow U.S. citizens to participate in the i-HODL Cloud Lockup Reward Program. Doing it this way does not infer that we are not paying attention to the needs and desires of all participants, rather it is to allow i-House.com to go further and maintain such a business model. Thank you
