I think I can summarize this article like this: “I am unable to assess a developer’s skillset (and if i do see they’re not good enough I hire them anyway), therefor all senior developers are evil”. Seriously? There are people who can help you with assessing developers. If you are able to only hire people (in any role) who are junior enough so that you can still assess them then your startups will be in a sorry state. In that case, the most dangerous person is you. (Or any other person in charge of hiring but not qualified to assess their candidates real level)
