Inspired by the words of Jorge Semprun , the team endorsed the quote “We must not think only of the world we leave for our children, but the children we leave in our world”, but with a slight change. ikasHUB does not think of children, but in adults, because we believe in education throughout life. Actually, ikasHUB wants to recover the passion for learning for everybody. Then there was a big question: why do we loose curiosity about the world around us, to learn and learn, to be explorers as when we were little?

We started the journey about which we have spoken many times. A journey in which we could explore initiatives designing a learning process based primarily on skills, initiatives that understand education as a form of empowerment and personal growth, initiatives accompanied by people who facilitate the creation of a learning community based on the collaboration and experience.

The team has been exploring and exploring. We have interviewed over 30 people and shared initiatives Bilbao, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Utrecht, Denmark, St. Petersburg, London, Helsinki, Oslo, Estonia, etc. We have learned a lot, a lot, a lot, and little by little we are sharing with you all. That is one of our main duties: reporting, disclosing didactic concepts such as talent, ideas such as the need for a paradigm shift in education, etc. .
