I liked this. Pretty straight forward and some good tips. Curious if you’ve ever thought about Real Estate? I don’t see any mention of a house payment so I’m assuming you’re renting. Have you considered in addition to everything you’re doing, buying a house or better yet a duplex so that each month instead of paying down your landlord’s mortgage you’re paying down your own and slowly acquiring another asset?
