I like the concept. It seems very well thought out and would perform a necessary task. It does seem like there could be security issues. There might need to be some sort of digital signature that would have to accompany the app in order to verify the registrant beyond the last four digits of the driver’s license.

Do you think the absentee ballot option would be a list of common reasons that a registrant would pick from? Or would it be a field to enter the reason that would need to be reviewed by a person? I would also be curious if every state’s reasoning for an absentee ballot is similar?
