Ryanair — the biggest low-cost airline in Europe — that since 1984 allows people to travel all around 37 countries in Europe, Morocco and Israel has been in recent times object of many critics and discussions from both clients and employees of the company.

The general lack of support regards difficult working conditions such as underpaid salaries, the high number of hours on board and lots of limitations for which concerns sick leaves and days off.
