On the Illuminates platform is planned to issue 100,000,000.00 tokens, the classification of which will look like this:

• Advisers 1.00% — 1,000,000.00 tokens
• Bounty 2.00% — 2,000,000.00 tokens
• Team 15.00% — 15,000,000.00 tokens
• Crowdsale 82.00% — 82,000,000.00 tokens

The total number of tokens allocated to crowdsale are 82,000,000.00. The crowdsale will consist of 3 rounds, with each subsequent round the price of the token will increase.

Round 1. Total: 6.00% — 4,920,000.00 tokens

Features

Stage 1: 675,000 tokens. Early investors have the opportunity to receive a bonus along with the purchase of tokens. The special price for the first stage of the 1st round is 1 ETH = 3000 LUM (standard token price will be 1 ETH = 1000 LUM).

Stage 2: 900,000 tokens. The special price of tokens in the second stage of the 1st round is 1 ETH = 2000 LUM (standard token price will be 1 ETH = 1000 LUM).

Stage 3: 3,345,000 tokens. At the third stage, tokens can be purchased at a standard price of 1 ETH = 1000 LUM.

As you can see, the special bonus with each stage becomes fewer. At the first stage, the bonus is 300%, at the second — 200%, at the third — tokens are purchased at the standard price without a bonus.

Round 2. The total number of 34.00% — 27,880,000.00 tokens.

All unsold tokens of the first round go to the second round.

The token sale format is IEO. LUM Tokens can also be purchased directly through the official website https://illuminates.org/. The number of stages of the second round will be known after the launch of the first stage.

A feature of the second round is the price increase as tokens are sold. After selling every 60,000 tokens, the standard price of the token increases by $ 0.02. Thus, the minimum cost of tokens at the initial stage of the second round will be 1900 LUM for 1 ETH, every 278,000 sold tokens, their distribution will decrease by 10 for each broadcast, which means that by the end of the round 900 LUM will be 1 ETH.

Round 3. Total: 60.00% — 49,200,000.00 Tokens

Features

In the third round, the sale of Illuminates tokens will be organized in an auction format. In total, 3 rounds of the auction are planned.
