Organization’s Strategy in Adapting & Thriving during Pandemic
Stay at home 3 days? 1 week? 1 month? Well it’s okay. But wait…. 3 months? 6 months? 1 year? And yeah now 1,5 year….
We can’t travel, eat out, shop comfortably, watch movies at the cinema, go to concerts, and so forth. Yet, we’re expected to be okay with it, stay in shape, join in video calls, take online meetings, you name it. Then we keep finding ways to stay motivated, stay productive, and stay ON OUR TRACK. We are amazing, take a bowl!
It’s been a roller-coaster journey and we may have hit the rock bottom that taught us lessons a mountain top never will. If this pandemic has never happened, this version of who we are right now would never have existed too. Yes, pandemic has taught us the most important key to success in the future. -What lessons have we learned from this pandemic?
Buat anak organisasi, bisa nih diterapin beberapa cara di bawah agar organisasi tetap jalan di masa pandemi ini:
Rapat Jarak Jauh
Yang namanya organisasi, pasti ga asing dong ya dengan kata ‘rapat’. Dalam seminggu ini dah ada berapa meeting nih? Eh berapa meeting yang selalu mulai dan selesai on time(?) Ada banyak artikel yang membahas agar meetings run effectively. Effective meeting means when we end our meeting by fulfilling the desired outcome, utilize the time efficiently, and understand what to do next.
Wadah Komunikasi
Banyak pasti yang menggunakan WhatsApp atau telegram untuk komunikasi apalagi di masa pandemi ini. Bener sih emang fiturnya simple dan cukup membantu. Ada juga nih platform komunikasi yang ga kalah seru, namanya Discord :) Wah anak gaming pasti familiar nih. Di discord kita bisa buat buat room untuk info penting, room bahas progja, atau room receh sekalipun.
Project Management
Clear visibility of our work. Ada yang tau Trello atau Kanban Board? Wahh harus dicoba tuh untuk memudahkan dalam proses kolaborasi antar tim dalam mengembangkan proyek secara lebih efektif. Kita bisa tau sejauh mana project berjalan, apa yang belum terurus atau apa yang bisa dibantu. Terdapat empat fitur utama yang dimiliki oleh Trello yaitu boards, lists, cards, dan menu. Let’s try and see how it works!
File Management
Access our file anytime anywhere. Nih yang tau ada aplikasi Google Drive tapi ga tau fungsinya. Yukkk gas coba pake Google Drive untuk ngebantu tugas-tugas organisasi. Kita bisa simpen file di satu folder dan bisa dibagiin ke orang lain, bahkan orang lain bisa ikut nambahin atau edit. Jadi misal ada yang minta file proposal atau mau edit-edit proposal tinggal buka link nya. Enak kan(?)
