Paris, the experiment has certainly unified our business and team. We used to have a lot of discussions with developers about the updates we needed. Bringing them close to the customers helped a lot solving that. They know what people ask for and are happy to get thank you emails afterwards. It’s so different than I would ask for a feature and say ‘Thanks” :)

Now I can feel that all team shares same values and vision for the business.
