On the face of it, this is great, but do you have any thoughts on the accessibility?
I worry that markup won’t be appropriate for all use cases, where accessibility is important.
One big advantage of <table> and its markup is it’s inherently accessible. How’s a screen reader to know what’s headings, rows and cells in the example?
Not attacking the solution; I think it’s great for many use cases. But I’m not sure how viable this particular approach is as a true table replacement, on world-scale public-facing sites.
