Design Sprints Are Snake Oil

I agree in a sense that the Design Sprint is not the ultimate answer to any problem and what’s dangerous is that it can even be misleading and waste a lot of time. But this is maybe due to lack of resources and competence related to the process. I learned that to run in anyway successful Design Sprint is to have access to both user feedback (what users say they want) and analytics data (what users actually do), if it’s possible. Startup might not have any data in the beginning, but include this into the process soon as possible.
