It is 2016 and I finally decided to start a blog. This isn’t any blog *insert cliche´ new year new me i’m different than the rest quote this is a journey (I mean come on can I get anymore basic than that?).
I have always been about healthy living, inspirational quotes, postive mantras blah blah blah. But I never really practice them. Like any regular shmegular woke sister, I always get really inspired, pin a bunch of stuff into my “lifestyle” pinterest board and marinate in broken promises and dreams. Not this year. Not today satan.
So I’m starting a blog where I actually do the things I say I’m going to do… in short challenges. Because lets be real here, 365 days is a looooonnngggg time.
So here’s how this thing’s going to go down. Each month I’m going to do one “30 day Challenge” and each week I’m going to do one “weekly challenge” I’ll post everyday about the challenges (like if I actually did them or not) and hopefully we’ll get somewhere. Who knows, maybe this will inspire other people out there to switch things up in their lives. Or realistically this is just another blog where I only share with my friends and they all pretend to read it. Idc idc idc
For January I decided to do a 39 day Yoga Challenge Because my ultimate dream is to be able to twerk in the club and drop into a full split
Ratchet? Yes. Realistic? Hell yeah.
For this week: January 4th I have decided to blog consistently for the week. I think this one is pretty fair considering i’ve never done anything for more than week lol
So here’s to new beginnings.
