What if you knew that today would be your last day alive and you had to sell yourself or whatever you sell on your final day?

I’m willing to bet that how you sell, what you say, and what you do will be very different from how you sell yourself or your product now.

This article is relevant to everyone, not just those in sales. We all sell ourselves every day, whether in a job interview, a new idea to our boss, something we want from a loved one or family, etc.

That said, if you are in sales, pay attention.

I got the idea for this article after seeing a tweet by Tim Denning that said: “Everything looks radically different when you view your life from a coffin.”

And that tweet got me thinking about an exercise I did years ago where you write your own obituary.
