The night was dark, and bereft of terrors,

The world calmer than the sea;

Without the mumbling woes, and grumbling horrors,

The best place to be.

No limits, no boundaries, no misery, no quandaries,

the horizon reaching eternity, and free;

symphonies prevailing, and peace was ubiquitous,

The best place to be.

The growls of thunder, tore asunder my wonder,

and shattered my reverie;

In this moment of fruition, it intruded my intuition,

Utopia resided within me.
