How we began

At the beginning of the 2000 in the Russian market among the representatives of the oil and gas industry there was a huge demand for business clothes and footwear. Far from the center, mid-level managers wanted to look business-like respectable at meetings with foreign partners. Our company seriously tackled this problem, investing a lot of money in the search for European suppliers and procurement for requirements.

Despite of the online sale of business clothes and footwear wasn’t destined to come true. The first orders showed that it is not possible to reach the customer’s size remotely. The business ended without starting.

The failure moved us to solving the problem of remote fittings. In 2015, Imigize Development Group, gathered it specialists, shoe manufacturing technologists and set a goal to create a technology for contactless online fitting.

A technological breakthrough.

For two years of work we developed the technology of 3D-measurement of the internal volume of footwear. In this regard, we are the first in the world. Intellectual property rights (patents) are confirmed by WIPO / PTC (International Patent System).

With the help of a mobile application, we measure and create a three-dimensional metric model of the buyer’s foot, compare it with the internal volume of shoes you like and the selection algorithm can tell you at once whether this pair is suitable for comfort or not.

With the help of the Imigize service, you can safely buy shoes without physical fitting, and it surely will sit on your leg. Our next task is contactless fitting of clothes online. Technology allows you to do this.

Benefits of online stores.

We want to immediately enter the big market, so we began to cooperate with the largest in the Russian companies in the field of shoe retail — Wildberries. This is an online store with 30 million users a month. Another our partner-company is RunLab, the dealer of the world brands of sports shoes. The integration with the company SportMaster — 90 000 000 customers was started. Online stores in the US and China are in the queue.

For stores, it’s a direct benefit. They will reduce overhead, because shoes will be less likely to return. And most importantly — our service will help to dramatically increase customer traffic. There will be new users who previously were afraid to buy shoes in online stores. Further more. The percentage of conversion will increase, people will buy shoes again and again, knowing that the purchase will be successful.

The future of the project.

Now we are running the ICO with our project. Up to now, we have managed by our own means, having invested about 2 million dollars in two years, but for scaling in the world markets, additional funds are needed. Recently, we were in Hong Kong, successfully represented our service at the World Investor Forum, which brought together over a thousand of the largest representatives of the financial community of Southeast Asia and the United States.

Blockchain and ecosystem of project.

The array of data that we possess and constantly increase with the help of the service is the most valuable information for all participants of the online market of footwear and clothing. Using blockchain technology, we want to open access to these data.

Buyers, sellers, manufacturers, and all other market participants will show undoubted interest in the digital parameters of footwear of leading manufacturers, to the digitized anthropometric of buyers, and, finally to the data of personal comfort of shoes and clothes.

There will be a new ecosystem of participants in the online clothing and footwear market, which will build its relations in a new format. We believe that this openness of information interaction will overcome the existing barriers to dynamic growth.
