ahhh! This gives me a whole new look into my schedule.
My mornings usually start at 5am w/ meditation, gymnastics routine, bulletproof coffee, read, and blog. 
By 9am I usually start my “design studio” time but noticed usually by 11-ish, I’m starting to hit a little brain fog.
Might have to refine my own process that I was so attached to.
