Skipping breakfast might be the solution?
Don’t dread if you skip breakfast.
The myth of breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Studies showed that there was not any major difference between people who skipped breakfast and the one’s that had “most important meal of the day”.
Yes, people who skipped breakfast ate more during lunch but that wasn’t enough to make up for breakfast.
But usually, these studies are observational studies. So, the studies that show people who eat breakfast are more likely to be healthier are established based off observations, which means this doesn’t prove that breakfast itself caused it.
- Note to self — pay attention to the vocabulary and phrasing of any studies today. Make sure it make sense to you how they established the hypothesis.
Observational benefits of skipping breakfast
I want to start off by saying that these are very biased approaches that work differently for each individual.
From my own research people experience various effects. Some say it makes their mind sharper, while others develop headaches, drops in sugar, and fatigue.
The detox connection

Well, that’s nature! You see, when you fast for a little while your body goes into a process called autophagy. This little cool process cleans wasteful products left by dead cells.
Yes, your body has the power to detox it-self.
What has worked for me
I follow low-carb or Ketogenic so to call. It is modified in a sense of increased protein intake, for me that’s the most important block in my body.
Being an athlete, my caloric intake might double depending on what the output of physical activities are. But I had an issue with eating a breakfast.
One day I decided not to eat breakfast.Boom, increased alertness, feeling clarity and euphoria. From there on, I tried intermittent fasting

The easiest thing is to try! Every individual responds differently to everything. In business sense you wouldn’t implement an idea if it didn’t work, would you?
