Why Mindset Controls Everything
Our state of mind at any given moment is the single most important factor in the way we will think, feel and behave. How we feel right now, in this moment is determining how we make decisions and ultimately our destiny because it is the little decision we make today that will accumulate to create the life we will live tomorrow and later down the line. Ultimately it is our mindset, the thoughts, and feelings we have that control our life. If we learn to condition ourselves to control of our mindset, the opportunities are abundant. Think of how much you can accomplish if you have the ability to change your thoughts and emotions on command. It will save you from snapping or lashing out when things don’t go how you expect, it will give you the opportunity to change our state when you find yourself feeling down. You can learn how to activate the empowering states of mind that have you feeling confident, motivated, and courageous.
On the other hand, the price of not controlling your mindset can be fatal. Depression, anxiety, stress and suicide are at an all time high. Throughout history, our quality of life has been tremendously increased. The average American lives better today that the kings and pharaohs of our past, but still we become more and more unhappy. We see it time and time again even famous and wealthy celebrities often resort to some kind of drug to numb their pain, it could be food, drugs, pharmaceuticals or entertainment, we all have a vehicle that helps us to eliminate pain and to experience pleasure. All these vehicles are only a temporary change in state and they will never bring you the fulfillment you are really searching for. The only thing that can do that is to take back control of your mindset and fulfilling your purpose in life. So what’s controlling your mindset?
