His the managing director of Quantum Counsel IP Group, which helps clients monetize and unlock value from IP assets. He also co-founded two start-up companies, SeedNet Consulting, which develops blockchain solutions and crypto compliance for highly regulated industries, and iOSphere, an interactive and sensorized musical sphere.
He has an educational background in science and law and previously worked as an attorney and partner at international law firms and companies for nearly 15 years handling technology transactions and complex commercial litigation spanning diverse technologies from semiconductors, software to biotech and medical devices.
