Yes Brother, run with the steeds racing for Jannat-ul-Firdous… The thunder of the gallop, looking over your shoulder and seeing your smiling Brother charging with all his might to edge a shoulder closer than yours, because he feels the wind, tears streaming the sides of his eyes, and he wants to see you even faster, even better than him… If we take a step towards Allah, Allah runs to us. What if we run to Him? Leave the others behind. Their sound and fury is of a different sort. And yours, the beat of a racing heart beat upon the Earth, will sound and echo for miles… A sound they cannot deny. ❤

Surround yourself with people who do the opposite: Those who fill you with hope, those who motivate you, those who envigor you and make you want to reach your aspirations, goals and dreams. Life is too short to waste drinking poison, living decrepit from its effects, only to die feeling your life was misspent.
