Why we procrastinate and how to overcome it?

We people have something do to with our lives like some kind of tasks for our jobs, our passion. We make a plan for it and try to implement it but sometimes we can’t just do it. You know why?

Procrastination


I’m going to share two techniques that you should follow if you really don’t want to procrastinate anymore and I’m sure if we do this over a period of time then you’ll be able to increase your productivity by 200% for sure.


  • Causes —
  1. Distraction - In this world of internet we distract ourselves by so many things like social media /porn(maybe.. so as masturbation). We pile up our task and wait for the day when you’ll have enough energy to do that task.
  2. Tomorrow - Expect that tomorrow is going to be a big “working day” so you’ll hustle over your dreams or your work. NEVER HAPPENS ACTUALLY.
  3. Too many options - You’re giving yourself too many options like i want to learn how to write an ebook and learn social media marketing and learn web development at the same time.

  • Techniques —
  1. Reward yourself - When you do some crazy work that you were procrastinating by so long for you feel good. Then that time you should reward yourselves just to tell your mind that you’re owning it.

Sometime we reward ourselves without doing anything. For example masterbation instead of going out finding a hot chick and fuck her because it’s not soo easy. You’ll need to go outside. Will have to find a girl. Will have to talk to her. Then you both will allow each other for sex… BUT WHAT WE DO? We simply jerk off without doing anything.

Just reward yourself when you do something you want not just because you want to release fucking Dopamine.

2. Timing match - You woke up in morning. Feeling fresh. You’ve tasks on your stick notes. You started doing tasks. Feel this situation right now. You’re all motivated from toe to hair but… Somehow you can’t just complete all the tasks. Oops I feel you.

What you’ll do now? Will try to experiment with our sleep cycle or reduction of tasks? No need to do that. I already did that for you.

In our country India people used to say “Do things on their time”.. like when i was a kid my father used to say all theory subjects you should remember in the morning. Now i know why?

Because there is some specific timing for all the things you do. Like for me i can’t code in the very morning but i can do hell of coding in night. Why? It depends on your typing speed in case of coding.

You need to decide, think and experiment with yourself that you’re piling up some tasks everyday? Why you can’t just do it?

Because you’re doing things on wrong timing bruh… Check your task list. Find a hole why you lagging it?

I told you my experience after doing these experiment over me. Now your turn. Put your social media aside and work until you do something that matter without procrastinating.
