Don’t blame just anyone..

When the shit hits the fan
When the customer doesn’t sign
When the package isn’t delivered on time
When your blog doesn’t get as many readers
When the players don’t score enough goals
When you have to wait fifteen minutes to speak to an operator
When you miss the submission deadline for the app update
Don’t let blaming just anyone be your go-to reaction
Take a closer look at the process
There’s always something that can be improved
There’s always something that can be added or removed
That’s why the best of people don’t blame just anyone
They delve deeper to find where it all started
And address the problem from the root cause
People aren’t always to blame
Especially when they’re just a pawn in the game of chess
If we keep blaming just anyone when something goes wrong, there may not be anyone left to blame..
