I’d just also like to add one more very useful tip for getting started the next day.
At the end of your day, spend 5 minutes planning your tomorrow’s work load. This helps me in reducing stress, being more focused the next day and organising my mindset to be ready for tomorrow’s plan.
You could tie this in with reflecting at the end of the day.
My favourite tip is not checking any email for the beginning of the day. I’ve found it really helps.
