I needed to read more about the benefits of looking deeper into your mind. I’ve been trying to make a habit of meditating at least 4 times a week.
I enjoy being alone with my thoughts. It’s so true about shaking up the water and not knowing what’s at the bottom of the pond. If we never really sit still for a few moments and observe our thoughts, we miss out on what the subconscious mind is thinking about. That’s a real shame! Your subconscious knows more about you, than you think!
