Thanks so much! It was pretty hectic but I think setting the goals from the beginning then prioritizing each feature was critical. I separated features into a short list of must-have’s and another list of like-to-have’s. Knowing that some features would just have to wait for the next round kept my sanity intact and helped me to keep pace.
