Let’s Cook: Beans with Paneer

Step 1.

Oil, Jira and Rai along with Hing.

Add chopped onion to it and saute it till half cooked.

Step 2.

Add finely cut green beans. Add salt, sambhar powder, chili powder, haldi. Mix them well. Cover it with lid and let it cook for 10 mins. Keep stirring it intermittently.

Step 3.

Add cut tomato. Add cut pieces of paneer. Add quarter cup of water if it feels dry. Mix well, cover with lid and let it cook for 5 more mins. Keep stirring it intermittently.
