I don’t agree with this at all. As a community of engineers, we should help each other grow and learn as a collective. We all have been beginners and it’s no shame when learning new skills. Go team!
Hmm… good question. Use whatever makes you happy, there’s no right or wrong. I recommend trying all of the frameworks and stick with whatever makes you the most productive. It’s kinda like trying a car, you pick the one that you like the most.

Excessive consumption of sugars is the root of all weight gain in modern eating habits. Sugar used to be a rare commodity, now you can find it disguised it in almost any food. Why else do the big food companies come up with new ways to say sugar? There are over 100 words for sugar as we speak.
Great article. How do you deal with the urge to snack while outside the eating window timeframe? I follow the 16:8 IF and I don’t eat after 6 PM, however, my body craves fruits or peanuts at 8–10 PM. Does it get better?
