The sad thing about this is, even when we scraped up all the courage we’ve left and indeed ask for help, they push it aside saying “Just don’t be sad” or “Go out more”

The healing process doesn’t work that way and the second people say things like Don’t be sad we go even deep down into the personal hell we’ve created.

Being depressed is so much more complicated than being sad. I wish more people understood this.
