Description:

In the working principle of packing absorption, the exhaust gas scrubber system body adopts a vertical structure, and the acid mist exhaust gas enters from the lower part of the tower body, and passes through the packing layer, spray layer, and defogging layer from the bottom to top and then is discharged from the top exhaust port. The HCl gas scrubber is made of a PP sheet reel after forming and welding. The body is designed with a circulating water tank, an acid mist inlet, a packing layer, a packing bearing grille, a spray layer, a demisting layer, an exhaust gas outlet, and a discharge port, Filling inlet, observation window, etc.

Working principle:

The exhaust gas scrubber system is suitable for an acid mist treatment scheme. Acid mist exhaust gas is collected by suction hood or other gas collecting device and then passes through PP air duct. Under the action of an anti-corrosion centrifugal fan at the end, acid mist exhaust gas is drawn into exhaust gas purification in the formaldehyde scrubber, the acid mist exhaust gas flows upstream in the scrubber, and the wind speed becomes slow. The acid-base neutralization reaction takes place in the packing layer with a large specific surface area and a certain concentration of sodium hydroxide alkali solution for absorption and then passes through the top of the tower to remove mist. The water mist is removed from the layer, and after exiting the tower, it passes through the anti-corrosion centrifugal fan. Under the action of the centrifugal fan, the gas is sent to the chimney system, and then the treated clean gas is discharged at a height of 15 meters.
