INEL Company: results and plans!

2019 was a very successful year both for the construction industry and the real estate market and for us personally. Across the world, the real estate market is in an active phase as demand continues to grow.

At the moment, INEL has already negotiated and agreed to cooperate with people who work with real estate in Turkey (at very attractive prices) and in India.

Our team made trips to Yekaterinburg, Sochi, Moscow. There are currently many interested partners in these cities.

We were quite surprised when we visited Sochi. We learned that real estate prices rise every week, by 3000–10000 rubles per 1 sq. meter (100–150 thousand per week for an apartment).

Now we want to share with you our victories and successes. Here’s what we have achieved in 2019:

✅ The company was registered.

✅ Cryptocurrency wallets have been created.

✅ We already have our own servers, offline storage for cryptocurrencies for investment.

✅ We agreed to list the token on the exchange in the first quarter of 2020 https://p2pb2b.io/

✅ We passed company Advcash verification to receive fiat funds.

✅ Designed and installed a serious level of security.

✅ All scripts were written manually by our experts (not an outside work).

✅ The marketing has been calculated so it does not have any pyramidal components or empty hype. We don’t give any empty promises, all results directly depend on the person and the work done by him.

✅ A trip to Sochi has been made, 7 properties have been viewed. Soon, videos and photos of objects will be posted.

✅ Separate videos for each part of the marketing with a detailed explanation are currently in the process of development.

✅ Currently, work on legal components and agreement documents is underway.

✅ White Paper is being written, where every detail will be described, including a report on the work done and plans for the future.

✅ The INEL Bot was created, which makes it possible to earn tokens by completing certain tasks, and a bounty company is also being held.

At the moment, the English-speaking audience is more interested in the project and is many times superior to the Russian-speaking one: almost 9000 (eng) versus more than 2000 (ru), which in total exceeds 10,000 people who are actively interested in real estate investments through our project.

We have done a lot of work to develop the functionality of the cabinet and landing page, its components and the visual part. There were many versions and changes. The style, sections, and arrangement of elements have been changed. English and Russian videos have been also created.

In the near future, a meeting will be held with representatives of the developer, to study commercial objects for investments, in one of the megalopolises of our country — Moscow.

Only 5 months have passed since the creation of the idea and the formation of the team, and we have already achieved great results. But we are not going to stop, so we decided to share with you plans for the work of our team and platform for 2020.

🔹 In January, developers will test the platform.

🔹 At the end of January, the first pre-registrations will be open for people who have assembled teams of partners, and for interested investors.

🔹 Within a month or two, the first investments will be collected.

🔹INEL Bot will continue to evolve. Games and raffles with prizes will be held, enabling participants to multiply their tokens. The withdrawals from the INEL bot will be open. This means that people will be able to transfer their tokens to the INEL platform and start exchanging them (P2P). It will also provide the opportunity to make withdrawals and exchanges up to listing.

🔹 The bounty campaign will continue until March.

🔹 Platform will be actively developed.

🔹 We will add new properties, open consulting centers.

🔹 The main office in Moscow will be opened.

🔹 You will have the opportunity to open a company office in your city, which implies branding, constant payment and many other advantages. To do this, you will need to fulfill a number of conditions, one of which will be the presence of a team.

🔹 We will make trips to construction sites in other countries to conclude partnership agreements.

🔹 One of our main goals is project scaling, marketing, advertising setup, trainings, webinars. We will tell you how to make money on rent and resale of real estate.

🔹 More detailed analyzes are planned for each object, with video materials and plans for objects, a description of the location and the calculation of the percentage yield. There are also plans to attract partners.

🔹 The commission, which is charged for every billion (10–20–30% of the profit), will not return to the general balance. These tokens will be taken into account by the system and will not participate in market operations. As a result, when all 10 billion tokens are unfrozen, the coins that were collected by the commission will be burned and destroyed. As a result, there will be not 10 billion tokens, but less, depending on how many of them will be collected by the commission.

At the moment, there are already some changes in the marketing plan, which you can see in our presentation. These changes are aimed at increasing income from real estate. One of the main changes is the price of the INL token. The price will grow by $ 0.0005 once every two weeks, starting on December 28!
